Beach Holiday
Swans Nest is located just behind Startlea house and is only about 50 metres from the beach.  There is a small court-yard to store your rubber boats, sun beds, fishing rods, etc.

The house is arranged with the bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor and with the lounge and kitchen on the first floor to take advantage of the magnificent views over Slapton National Nature Reserve.

 

The spacious lounge has ample comfortable seating for 5 people, television, video, compact Hi-Fi with CD player, and central heating and an electric fire.

 

 

 

 

The  kitchen / dining room is well equipped with microwave, electric fan assisted oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumbler drier, and dish washer. We even supply the tea towels, oven gloves etc.

 

 

 

 

There are two bedrooms, both are tastefully arranged with a mixture of old and modern pine furniture.
One of the bedrooms has twin beds and is large enough to take another bed, the other bedroom has a double bed and is a little smaller, but will still take an extra baby's cot if required.

 

 

We supply all the bed linen, hand  and bath towels, however we do ask you to bring your own towels for the beach.
