Deposit - 1/3rd of the total cost.
Reservations will only be accepted on receipt of this booking form, together with a non-returnable deposit of 1/3 of the total rent payable.
Balance - 4 weeks before your holiday
Once the booking form is received and accepted by
the owners, the clients are liable for payment of the balance of the rent 28
days before the start of the holiday (without
a reminder). Non payment by the due date may be treated as a cancellation
and the owners reserve the right re-let the accommodation. The client will still remain liable for the
full amount. Credit will be given for
any rents received as a result of re-letting, less the owner’s expenses accrued
in doing so.
Short Stays - Weekend or mid-week breaks are available from October to March. Prices on application.
Extra Person Both units will take an extra bed, however this will incur an additional charge of £10.00 per day (regardless of age).
Bed Linen etc. - We supply duvets, sheets and pillow cases, bath towels, bath mat, tea towels, and cleaning materials.
Please bring your own swimming towels for the beach.
Garaging - There is one garage space per self-catering unit. Weekly parking permits can be purchased from the village post office for a second car.
Arrival & Departure Times - Lettings commence from 2.30 p.m. on day of arrival and finish at 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
Door Keys - Please telephone prior to your day of travelling to notify us of your approximate time of arrival and to make arrangements for collecting the key.
Dogs and Pets - are very welcome in the Garden Apartment only. However there is a charge of £4.50 per day for each pet. They must be kept out of the bedroom for the sake of other guests who follow you.
