The Apartment opens onto the sheltered walled courtyard garden situated between Startlea House and the garages alongside Swans Nest with the back-drop of the soft rounded hills of the South Hams across the fresh water lake of Slapton Nature Reserve.

The age of the house is evident from the old stone wall with its ship's timber lintel over the recess.  There is comfortable seating, a television,  video recorder, Hi-Fi with compact disk player and well stocked book shelves.

The spacious, modern kitchen/dining room is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier, refrigerator and electric cooker, with ample storage space and work tops.
We supply tea towels, oven gloves, washing up liquid etc.

The large bedroom has twin beds/can be zip-linked to form a king size double.  We supply a hair drier and a clock radio.  Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious, fully tiled bathroom, with its basin, toilet and bath with shower.  There is central heating throughout the apartment for early and late season, and a back up electric heaters in each room for the cooler evenings.

We supply all the bed linen, hand  and bath towels, however we do ask you to bring your own towels for the beach.
